bio tutorial ok. pe ok cuz raining. warm up is run around hall for 6 mins straight. then run 6 rounds around half the hall in 2.5 mins. then 3 sets of 15 jumping jacks. so its 45. then run 6 rounds again. then 3 sets of 15 crunches. 6 rounds. 3 sets of this thing i dunno how to explain. for arms de. then 6 rounds. then diamond push up. then 6 rounds then i dun rmb wat happen liao. haha. then whenever i do one push up my shoulder there will have a pop sound. then when i stnad up knee got pop sound. DIE. dunno y also.
